An Optimized Life

The Optimized Living Mentorship Program

Having the support of a coach can make all the difference.

Sometimes having someone in your corner helps to give clarity on where you want to go and what you want to be and do.

Together we will explore the dreams you’ve pushed aside or that keep coming up to help map out an action plan that will be the roadmap to bring about the life you design and deliberately choose.

Through the years, I’ve learned that the more disconnected we are from nature, the less optimal our performance becomes. That is why we see a great resurgence in people connecting with the outdoors and plants. National Parks are seeing huge surges in visitation. RV sales are at an all-time high.

I’ve studied the high-performance routines and habits of some of the most satisfied and successful people in the world and what I discovered is there are several key elements to finding peace and general contentment in life. It isn’t enough to have financial success, there is a balance in a hierarchical order of importance.

First is mental health. As anyone who is sick will tell you, if you don’t have your mental or physical health, you have nothing. If your physical body doesn’t feel great, it won’t be easy to heal unless your mind is healthy and content. I know a lot of people feel the reverse is true as well. To some degree the mental and physical feed off each other.  But I really feel that if you can’t get off the couch, something mentally has to shift first, then the physical can start and that will lead to even better mental health and so on.

That is why I have physical health second. When the mind is healed, often physical health follows. But there are key elements to a healthy lifestyle that will protect your body from the ravages of the environment, pollutants, disease, and aging.

After those two things are in alignment, then it becomes so much easier to make adjustments in other areas: Spiritual, Relationships, Vocation, Recreation, and Creativity. All the paths to wholeness for an individual can vary based on what is missing and what is most important.

Where I come in is helping you to fine-tune the critical areas that need focus and then we work together to identify the next best steps to create the life you truly desire.

Whether you want to fine-tune your life to achieve certain goals, or you need to overhaul your life, I can help guide the process so that you make progress and you will learn to take the steps that manifest the life you want.

As a microdosing coach, I can teach you the best methods to use plant medicine if you want to add that into your optimization.

I love to work with people who want to feel better and reach a state of high performance. I look forward to connecting with you and helping you to realize the life you visualize.

Do you have a nagging feeling that there is more to life than what you are currently experiencing? We so often get caught up in the routine of life and somehow find that time goes by and our life doesn’t look anything like we thought it would. But it is never too late to pivot and create the life you truly feel called to live.

Life is challenging and beautiful. It is hard and it is easy. We have conveniences that our ancestors couldn’t have imagined, but we are less happy, less fit, less satisfied and less appreciative.

My goal is to help as many people as I can to design and live the life they choose. Whether that is being an imaginative and dynamic CEO of a tech company, a budding artist that wants to create new and amazing works, or maybe a full time mom or dad, there is a way to cultivate and grow the life of your dreams.

I see so much beauty in the world and potential in others to find purpose and meaning in their lives.    We are here to add our own personal magic to the world and we are here to marvel at the beauty of creation and to enjoy it.
