Breathwork is a therapeutic practice used to heal and balance physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. This holistic approach focuses on utilizing breath in specific ways to induce deep states of relaxation and improved circulation, stimulate endorphins, increase oxygen levels, access higher states of consciousness, open creative potentials, release mental and energetic blocks, and much more. Breathwork is a powerful practice of connecting deeply with the body and mind.
When doing Breathwork we will use different breathing patterns to clear blockages and/or tension that have been stored in the body and mind. In the session, I may guide your breath through different forms or variations like slowing down your exhales or breathing through alternate nostrils while simultaneously offering various physical cues to deepen your connection with yourself and re-align with a natural flow. During the session, we will work together to cultivate insight into unresolved emotional trauma, facilitate meaningful shifts and activate powerful changes within your life.

Absolutely. Breathwork is for everyone, and you don’t need prior experience. I’ll guide you step-by-step through the entire process and adjust the pace to fit your comfort level.
2. Will I feel dizzy or uncomfortable?
It’s common to feel sensations like tingling, lightness, or warmth as your body takes in more oxygen and energy. These are normal and part of the process. If at any point you need to slow down, I’ll guide you into a gentler breathing rhythm.
3. What if I have emotional releases during the session?
Breathwork can unlock stored emotions. If you cry, laugh, or feel waves of sensation, it’s all part of your body’s natural healing. You’ll be in a safe, supported space, and I’ll be with you the entire time.

We’ll meet via Zoom. You’ll need a reliable internet connection, headphones or speakers for music, and a camera positioned so I can see you during the session.

8. Can I combine breathwork with other practices?
