Duration: Thursday Night through Sunday Morning
Group Size: Limited to 8 participants to ensure a personalized and intimate learning experience.

Core Objectives and Training Outline:

Thursday

• 7:00 - 8:15 PM: Introduction with a brief meditation, welcoming session and participant introductions.

• 8:15 - 9:15 PM: Overview of the Attuned Titration Approach (ATA) and IFS: emphasizing safety, parts-centric methodology, attunement, titration, and empowerment

• 9:15 PM: Community Time for connection and informal discussions

Friday

• Morning: Start with group meditation and breakfast, followed by an in-depth IFS overview focusing on metaphors like onion layers and ecosystems

• Midday: Hands-on training  with demonstration and detailed Q&A

• Afternoon: Practice sessions in small groups to apply the learned techniques, integrated with breaks and group reflections

• Evening: Dinner followed by community time and optional partner practice

Saturday

• Morning: Recap with meditation, breakfast, and FAQ session on 5-MeO covering safety and contraindications

• Midday: Continued practice sessions and lunch

• Afternoon: Integration sessions, Q&A, and discussion on takeaways

• Evening: Closing Ceremony

• Monthly Consultation Calls: To support ongoing development and address any emerging questions or challenges
